Policies

• Half of total amount due is required as a deposit. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $175 will be collected with
• *Call to check availability for less than 3 nights, as we can allow 2 night minimums in the off season. Holiday periods are subject to a 4 might minimum.
• 10% TOT and $1.50 per night MEASURE Z tax is not required at time of booking. Taxes will be added to the final bill and due at that time.
• Check in after 4:00pm on arrival date.
• Check out 11:00am  on departure date.
• Keys are to be obtained at the  Lakefront Wedding Chapel business Office at 3351 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
• No smoking – no pets – no red wine.
• Cancellations must be in writing and received by Lodging At Lake Tahoe.
• No refunds. Deposit may IN SOME CASES be applied towards a future booking.
• If cancellation occurs 30 days or less from rental date the remaining balance, less cleaning fee is due and payable.
